Intimate and perfectly clean place with genuinely helpful and responsive staff. Very nicely furnished rooms with a safe box, iron and ironing board, and a work desk. The location was exceptionally nice and perfect, near the beach. A big restaurant available in the hotel.

The location was fantastic, and the staff showed admirable kindness. The room left much to be desired with its musty smell and outdated decor. Only one elevator was functional, which added inconvenience. It felt like the hotel needs some serious upkeep to match its potential.

Appreciated our neat and retro rooms in this hotel.

We were offered a flawless service.

Everything was great, so were excellent views of the ocean and pier. I loved hotel's incredible staff. Exceptionally comfortable bed, room was reasonably spacious, with central heating, a safe and multi-channel TV. The breakfast was tasty, the check in was early. Could use ironing free of charge, that's nice.

An unexpected room delay

The beach access was good, and the nearby pool bar added a touch of relaxation after a long day. We loved the beautiful view from our balcony!

The check-in process was frustrating, with multiple trips needed to secure our room. The bathroom lights flickered, and the coffee pot was out of order.

Good location to shopping and activities.

No breakfast included for guests. Staff not response to new arrivals or guest requests.

Loved the superior king room with private balcony, wouldn't mind staying there all day. It had a comfortable decor.

I stayed in a Superior Queen Room with Two Queen Beds Beach View and Balcony. The ocean view from my room was fantastic. The staff at the front desk were friendly, and they offered complimentary drinks when our room wasn't ready at check-in. That was a nice touch. I noticed issues like a damp feeling in the room and noise from the air-conditioning unit. The bathroom could use some updates as well. The complimentary breakfast vouchers became a hassle because we were charged for breakfast despite showing the vouchers. That left a bad taste after an otherwise enjoyable stay.

The staff and facilities were wonderful and most helpful. Unfortunately, my wife became ill and we were well accomodated for an extra night's stay.

Staff was very friendly and very helpful with all our needs.

Pool side bartending was a bit slow.
